Reading roles / Decisions

Every day, the Court publishes reading roles displaying the decisions taken after audience. The reading date is the one upon which the decision was made public (1 week avec audience with unique judge, 3 weeks after collegial audience).

The decision can be accessed through the link below the day of reading. The reading roles are attached to the number of the chamber where the audience was held. On the reading role, the decision can be consulted by the appeal number.
